Who we are

FLY BY is a product of GISPOINT, registered in England & Wales. Questions about this notice go to info@gis-point.com.

What we collect

Only what you send us. When you use the inquiry form we receive the details you enter, such as your name, organisation, email address and message, and which brief you asked for. The form delivers that as an email to info@gis-point.com; nothing is stored in a database on this site.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, time) for security and fault diagnosis. They are rotated automatically and not used to identify visitors.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.

Why we process it

To answer your inquiry and, where relevant, to take steps you have asked for before a contract. That is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We keep inquiry emails for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email info@gis-point.comand we will respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
